Your actual plugin version is 3.6.3 but in the changelog you stated that the security fix is fixed with 3.6.4: https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/#developers

So also WPVulnDB does: https://wpvulndb.com/vulnerabilities/9155

So Vulnerability Scanners gives an alert because the last installable version is 3.6.3 and not 3.6.4.

Please fix this. Thanks.
