Hi, we have updated the plugin to the latest version today and cant place any orders with stripe cards. We have tried real cards on live gateway. We keep getting the error : “b.utils.isPossibleNumber is not a function’. Please urgently let me know how to fix this, we process A$30,000 per day on our site.

    Hi @jamescarmody

b.utils.isPossibleNumber is not a function that’s used by or originates from this plugin.

You would need to share a product page link in order for us to take a closer look, but this isn’t likely to be a Stripe plugin issue.

    Kind Regards

That’s not an error coming from the Stripe plugin. If anything it’s coming from an internal function used by the js.stripe.com SDK. Can you please share a product page link so you site can be reviewed?

If you want to keep the site URL private, just use our ticketing system to send the link. https://paymentplugins.com/contact-us/

We have a direct line with Stripe’s engineering team, so reviewing your site is important so we can send them all applicable information.

If this was a plugin bug, we’d be getting thousands of support requests but this is the first occurance of that error that’s been reported.

Hi, I found the function within the CheckoutWC default-checkout-536eaa00.js file. I have now reached out to their support. Thank you for the quick response!

For anyone else who came across this issue, rolling back to CheckoutWC 9.0.37 and earlier will resolve the problem until their support will fix it.
