[URGENT] Appointments deleted automatically

    Hello,
    I have a very big problem.
    After a few minutes the appointment registration, the appointment is auto-canceled.
    I’ll search for them also directly into DB (table “wptc_ea_appointments”) but there aren’t.

    I have this problem from the previous plugin version and also in the last version.

    I don’t know what I can do…please I need help.

    Hi @afabri73,

    my suggestion is first to remove Cancel link from email templates. Maybe Mail server open those links and cancel appointments. Also do you use Extension plugin to sync with Google Calendar?

    Hi Nikola,
    thank you for fast answer.
    I already removed all buttons from workers and admin emails.

    And no, I don’t use any Google Calendar Extension 🙁

    I really don’t know what is the problem.
    I’m a web developer so I tried to search everywhere in wordpress to find something that delete the appointments, but I didn’t found nothing!!!

    Hi @afabri73,

    try setting some custom content to admin template. If you delete everything it will use default template which have those links.
