I’ve got WP access still, maybe from a previous support query. I’ve logged in and everything looks ok. What I did notice is that in the import settings you’ve got the ‘Only Import updated properties’ tickbox checked.
I’ve unticked that to do a full refresh of the import and can see properties a) getting imported and b) some 11 properties removed, one of which is the property you referenced as an example.
Way back in the day we did have an issue with properties getting removed when the ‘Only import updated properties’ tickbox was ticked, but this was years ago and I can see you’re running the latest version, unless you only recently updated to the latest version.
My advice at this time would be to leave this setting unticked for now until I can get a chance to look into this further to try and work out what’s gone on. We’ve not had this reported by anyone else so I’m not sure what it is about this feed that might’ve caused this.

Hi Steve,
That’s great thank you, looks a lot more accurate now.
Again, is there a private support channel such as email or dedicated support forum/messaging? I can’t post future domain links in a public forum, and emails to info@… all seem to be ignored.
Thanks.

Still some withdrawn properties present on the site though, e,g the original example:
https://rjcountryhomes.co.uk/property/bell-lane-broadheath-worcestershire-2/
https://www.vebra.com/details/property/31488588
We’ve had to add in a workaround in the search results to hide all with status “not on the market”, but this doesn’t remove the post from the site or search engines obviously.
Not on market properties will still have URL’s that can be accessed direct. We have a document here about how off market properties are handled and various options available:
https://docs.wp-property-hive.com/developer-guide/handling-off-market-properties/
Do let me know if any further questions after reading through the above,
Thanks,
Steve
Thanks Steve, very helpful.
Yes, still one question unanswered:
Is there a private support channel such as email or dedicated support forum/messaging for paying customers?
I can’t post confidential domain links in a public forum, and emails to info@… all seem to be ignored.
Thank you.
Morning,
Yes you can use the info@ email address. We’ve been restructuring various internal things but this is the best email address going forward should you wish to post private links/ login details etc.
Thanks,
Steve
