Urgent: 404 Not Found! :(

Hello,

I was shifting my blog from one web host to the other. Everything went smoothly and I could log-in. Then, I was importing my wordpress comments and posts using the Import function. And it was not getting imported because the error message said that the home directory is not writable.

I had copied all the backups to my root folder (public html). So, I was changing the file permissions and making it writable.

I don’t know what’s happening now…but I’m not being able to view my blog or log-in or do anything.

I’m getting this error message:
