urgent – 21 : TERM DEACTIVATED

    hi, as of today all card payments are suddenly being soft declined with the following message

    Additional Processor Response – 21 : TERM DEACTIVATED

    Latest version installed, no changes etc.

    Please help!

    As this looks to be a direct response from Braintree and not an error message our plugin returns, I would recommend reaching out to Braintree support directly so they can look into this error for you.
