# Upsell items include extra element

 * Some of our upsell items contain an extra _ element, which causes the product
   images to render really small compared to the other upsell products. An example
   can be seen here:_

 * The item(s) that are small are wrapped in a _ element and I’m not sure why. Removing
   this element fixes the problem._

 * It looks like either a plugin or your theme is trying to place your upsell items
   into a carousel/slideshow, but they are failing due to JavaScript errors. You
   will probably have to contact your theme creator for an update.
