UPS Rates from UPS online above. UPS Rates using Octoloize plugin appear below
Piotrek was able to help us out. Turned out to be Pickup default setting which is Not Set .
Might want to reconsider changing this to the most common setting to avoid support calls like mine.
Followed Piotrek’s advice:
changed setting to Customer Counter or One Time Pickup grants the most accurate rates.
Bingo. Rates are good again. Thanks for all your help.
