UPS Ground Shipping Option Not Showing

Hi,
We have a problem with one of our shipping options from our online store. The “UPS Ground—1 business day” does not constantly show up, especially when the product quantity is more than 3-5 items. As per our third-party shipping provider InXpress, the integration between WooCommerce and InXpress is properly configured however, the WooCommerce side is preventing a live rate request from sending to InXpress once a certain box count is hit.  There is no limitation as it relates to weight/size thresholds. Per the logs on InXpress, every time a rate request is received, a rate is sent back to the WooCommerce site.
What we have done already on our end is plugin and theme compatibility (but not deactivate the WooCommerce plugin), we have also tried to disable Object, Varnish, and On-page caching from the website. Make sure as well all the product has weight and dimension.
