# Uprading error

 * I have been trying to update and keep getting this error:
 * Could not copy file.: /public_html/wp-admin/css/theme-editor.dev.css

 * – deactivating all plugins.
 * – switching to the default theme.
 * – re-running the upgrade manually.

   Failed
 * Anybody help?
 * Also the dashboard color has changed to old style as how it was in 2.8 version.
