No. upPrev is compatible with 3.8.x WP and Twenty Fourteen theme. You can check this on http://upprev.com/ is WP 3.8.1 and last official theme.
I currently I am using Thesis theme version 2.0.3.1 is it not compatible with this?
I do not know. Thesis is a paid product and I can not check it.

Oh, that was my developer that posted earlier yesterday. I didn’t know that he posted. I have went ahead and cleared the cache as well as deactivate the cache plugin and the upPrev is still not working. I also cleared my browser cache and cookies.
Is there any way for you to help me find out what is wrong and why its not working?

I can not help with paid product. But try developer version: http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/upprev.zip of plugin. It is completely rewrited and do not need wp_footer() to work.

I installed Upprev but it doesn’t work. The website I’m willing to use it for is http://www.youngbusinessintellects.com. I don’t understand much of IT, so even if it is simple to solve please say which steps have to be taken on WordPress.

I can help with your site, because this site do not work well. I see pure page, without any style and design. White page with text, default browser colours, no theme. Your Varnish works a bit stronger then you need.
Fix it please, and create a new thread, with your problem. I think it is quite different problem.
