Uploading WordPress – Dotster Hosting Help

I am new to wordpress, but I have been doing my homework on it for a while. I am using the hosting company Dotster, a company that bought Fortunecity, a hosting site I used before. I have a domain name and a hosting plan all set…

The problem I am having is this: When I try and upload the wordpress folder with all the content, I am only allowed to upload one file at a time, not the entire thing. There are 1,000 + files, is there someone who uses Dotster who can help me out? Thanks.
