Uploading videos to my WordPress website

    I tried using FV WordPress flowplayer to upload a 20MB video from my computer,but the file size is too big. I was told to upload it through a FTP. I already uploaded my video through FileZilla but what’s the next step? What should I do to post my video?

    So put in the full URL for your video for the source. See if that works.
