 * I am trying to upload my theme (purchased at theme forest). The computer says
   it’s busy for about 7 or 8 minutes, then says that the connection is down. My
   connection is fine.

 * You might try installing the theme by using your ftp client or the file manager
   in your hosts control panel. Just upload the entire un-zipped theme directory
   to /wp-content/themes/ and see if that works. Also, be sure to look in the theme
   directory for instructions before you upload it. Often times commercial themes
   will have specific instructions located in a directory named “docs” or something
   similar.
