    Hi @leobo,

    Just to check: before step 3 (Upload a logo) do you click on step 2 (Create a custom homepage)? If you tell WooCommerce you want to create a custom homepage a brand new homepage will be set up for you and this is the one WooCommerce is going to use. You should skip that step if you already have set up your homepage.

    If you skip that part then the issue may be related to the visual builder plugin you’re using if it’s the only plugin installed other than WooCommerce. I’d recommend contacting Elementor support team that may already know about this and point you in the right direction.

    Hi Mirko,
    No, it’s not resolved yet.
    I tried without Elementor and it is doing the same thing.
    I’ll try to completely skip these steps and add the logo in another way.
