Uploading the store logo erases the homepage

Hello,
I had the same issue on two different websites and have been able to reproduce it.
When I set up the store and click on the button “Proceed” on the 3rd step “Upload a logo”, it completely erases my homepage, all the settings, all the texts, all the titles, etc. It’s not just that they don’t appear any longer: when I go back in the settings, everything is reset, I can’t retrieve anything.
For information:
– I usually skip the first two steps as I deal with it sooner or later
– The only common plugin between the two sites is ElementorThanks for your help, this is extremely annoying.

Just to check: before step 3 (Upload a logo) do you click on step 2 (Create a custom homepage)? If you tell WooCommerce you want to create a custom homepage a brand new homepage will be set up for you and this is the one WooCommerce is going to use. You should skip that step if you already have set up your homepage.

I’d recommend contacting Elementor support team that may already know about this and point you in the right direction.
