• I contacted Printful Support via chat and was advised my issue was likely with my host (Bluehost). I am getting a “500 Internal Server Error occurred” message when I am trying to upload new products. I had just updated all plugins and the WooCommerce database before I started experiencing this problem, so I asked Bluehost to help revert the site to a backup from last week. They did that, and I am still getting the same issue.

Please advise if there is anything I should be asking my host to look at?

    Thanks,
    Eric

Thank you Katherine! I keep hearing back from Bluehost the same things – that they have a limit for max_execution time in PHP and it’s already been maxed out. I appreciate Printful is continuing to look at how to help with this – your team has always been responsive and helpful. I am worried I might need to look elsewhere for VPS or more robust solution. Do you have recommendations for hosts that work particularly well with Printful? This functionality is a major purpose for the site.

Hi, Eric! Here are some good hosting providers that we’d recommend — https://help.printful.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014067619-What-are-some-WooCommerce-hosting-providers-I-can-use-.
Basically, apart from Bluehost, we also recommend SiteGround, DigitalOcean,
    Amazon, and WP Engine.
