uploading pictures

    I am trying to upload pictures to my website, occasionaly it tells me that the file must not be larger than 2mb, and then when i try again it uploads. Now i am trying to bring pics from my files and it tells me upload error try again. I have been doing this now for about 45 minutes and it still does not upload. Can anyone help

    Can i add, that everything was ok until i download the upgrade to 3.5

    Try adding this line
    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M'); to the wp-config.php file right before /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    I am having this same issue, except it will not let me upload unless the file is smaller — why is wordpress limiting the size to 2 MB?? It is very time consuming and frustrating to have to change each picture file to a smaller size before it will upload. It did not used to be this way.
