 * “group2.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
    Unable to create directory
   D:\Hosting\6448184\html/wp-content/uploads/2010/07. Is its parent directory writable
   by the server?
 * what does this mean? and how do i fix it?

 * it means the permissions aren’t high enough on the `wp-content` folder to allow
   the procedure
 * sorry – I’m a linux guy so can’t help you with a windows server

 * it is easy but you don’t have a normal set up
    just ask your host what you need
   to do to change the permissions and allow this here is some help if you want
