Uploading multimedia interactive content

Please help a newbie: how can I upload to my webpage a multimedia interactive project. It was edited with a multimedia and interactive editor (Klynt) and packed for the web in a project folder. The folder was uploaded by webdisk to my hosting account (Hostgator) and placed in the public_html/wp-content/ uploads file. And from there I got lost. Apart from how to upload photos and videos or multiple single media files, I cannot find information on how to proceed with this type of content. I have tried embedding but it gives me a 404 error and when I edit the .htaccess file the page shows the home page embedded and on both occasions without the given dimensions. What am I doing wrong?
