Wonder if anyone can help with problem I have. I have a wordpress site http://www.ccgaust.com/digdeep/. I have podpress installed and have set up an itunes podcast show found at

I created my first vodcast and uploaded it to internet archive at:

My question is how on earth to I upload my first episode (which is the noel hall vodcast above) onto my itunes Dig Deep podcast show.

I'm so confused now looking at various web videos instructing me on how to upload to itunes the podpress url feed is below:

    Podcast feed URL

I also created a feedburner feed URL below but don't know what to do next

    any help appreciated Regards Dan

Open the post which should include the podcast episode in the WP post editor.
Go to the podPress frame below the editor and enter the URL of one of the media files e.g. the URL of the mp4 file of the episode into the field "Location".

podPress should discover the file type of the file via the file name extension and adjust the further settings fields.

You can for instance adjust the player frame size or the preview image which symbolizes the episode and is displayed in the player preview in the post. Or you can enter post specific meta information for iTunes.

But basically setting the location of your episode is enough to bring a media file into the feed. If the episode does not show up at iTunes immediately then it is because iTunes updates the episode list only once a day (I believe so).

BTW: Why are you using such an old (2.3.2) WordPress? Or is this a typo?

Hey thanks heaps for leads Tim, I figured someone might pick up the fact that I am a dinosaur re use of WordPress 2.3.2....yes it's true!!!

I might try upgrading to current version....but might struggle unless the process is simpler than it was to get this initial version working.......as you guessed it my expertise is NOT Info Technology...but I sure am learning a lot..

any support is great support at this stage for a Psychologist wanting to get a bit more Web 2.0 Savvy
