uploading files with accents

    hi,

    my wordpress works ok. but when I upload a file that contains accents (à, é, …) the file is saved on the server with “äe, öa,…) and the link doesn’t work…
    What is the problem?and the solution?

    wordpress 3.0, IIS7+windows, latin1 in wp-config.php and in mysql, but utf-8 in admin->options
