Hi Spencer,
The usual culprit when this happens is the fact that the exported spreadsheet includes a column called “Order Status Updated (Read-Only)” that the import doesn’t recognize. This is the reason we added the “(Read Only)” in there. If you remove that column from the spreadsheet, you should be able to import it.
Thank you for the help. That did indeed fix the problem.
I do have one other question that you may be able to help me on. I am looking into linking PayPal with this plugin so that it will automatically update itself when a customer has paid for their product.
How would I go about doing that?
Again thank you very much for the help in the excel situation. I really hope that you can help explain the PayPal integration option.

Hi Spencer,
Have you looked into the options available in the “Payment” area of the “Options” tab? You can use the “Default Post-Payment Status” setting to select a status that an order will switch to after payment is made.
Thank you for the further assistance.
I have set it up this way and my initial tests show that it works beautifully.
Our customers generally use monthly installments to pay off their orders. I know from experience that the plugin handles single payments great, but my concern is that it will change the status on orders even though they are not paid in full.
How do I teach the plugin to tell the difference between a partial payment and a full payment?
Again thank you so much for the assistance you have given me thus far.

Hi Spencer,
There’s no built-in way to do this, unfortunately. You can only choose one Default Post-Payment Status.
Alright. At least I can have post payment status on some of the orders.
Thank you again for your help.
