Uploading Error for "Foxy" Theme – exceeds limits?

Real newby here, so sorry if this is a silly question!

Have just purchased the theme pack from Elegant Themes and am getting the following error message when I try to upload the Foxy theme .zip file.

Uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini

Is there a way around this issue, or do I need to call my web hosting company tomorrow?
