I recently changed themes on my blog (www.lunarlandinghoax.com). I’m now using The Morning After (http://themasterplan.in/tma). This problem didn’t occur before, but the support forum for the theme is dead.
If I edit any of the PHP code and then upload it, the theme does not display the changed code. For example, I switched the Adsense code on the far right column. In the actual code, that isn’t there any longer, but it’s still showing. If I download the file, it shows the new code, same if I view it in “editor” of the dashboard.
I have also tried switching plugin options for the default image used – and again, though WordPress and the flat PHP files show my changes, the theme doesn’t.
I also have a Custom Field for a “latest post” image – that doesn’t show, even though I can view the image at its full URL and have followed all the guides for using the custom field to the letter.
This isn’t effecting any of my other (non-TMA) blogs.
I have fiddled with the PHP in home.php but this did not occur until several hours later, when I went back and decided to edit the Adsense thing. I’m not a total beginner with PHP, but not experienced enough to know if I’ve missed something out – like a comma – that could be causing this.
Any help HUGELY appreciated – if I can’t get it fixed, I’ll have to switch themes all over again.
