 * A few weeks ago I did a backup using the preinstalled plugin. How and where do
   I upload that .sql.gz file?

 * The problem is my new database is using a different title than my old one. Is
   there a program similar to the one in that link that will let me change the name
   in the .sql.gz file?

 * It doesn’t matter what the name of the DB is – when you do an import/export.
   
   The only place you have to change the name of the DB is the config file.
