Uploading custom videos

    What is the best plugin to use when I upload my own videos to a post in WordPress ?

    I use the wordpress media manager for everything now, but when I use it for videos I just get a link to the video in the post. How can I make the movie appear in the posts instead (like with youtube embed code) ?
