Uploading attachments with categories via email i.e. using Postie

    Hi David,

    Firstly I’d like to thank you for this wonderful plug-in!

    I’m trying to upload attachments with the names of the categories &| tags they belong to via the email->post plug-in Postie.

    Postie correctly distinguishes the categories I’m trying to add to but doesn’t insert them into the database alongside the attachments.

    Is there a public MLA function I can call from within a Postie filter that will allow me create categories on the fly or to attach category/tag data to images as they are uploaded?

    I apologise – I’ve realised that this is an issue with Postie.
