uploading a picture

I don’t know if this is for Pro Photo Blog or for here. But I had recently put a pro photo template on wordpress. And when I try to upload my logo or something for my header, or background image I get this message in the little box “Missing Upload Information”

I have tried to different internet browsers, different computers. I don’t know what is wrong, and I was wondering if someone could help me!
