Uploading a new theme

    Hello,

    I have created a theme and I am trying to upload it to WordPress.org so that myself and other users can access it through WordPress.com.

    However, the error I keep getting thrown is:
    The stylesheet has no tags. Add a Tags: line to your style.css file and upload the zip file again.

    The tags I have in my theme are:
    /*
    Theme Name: coloursandmoods
    Author: Ryan Foster
    Description: HTML5 WordPress 3.4 theme
    Version: 1.2.1
    License: GNU General Public License
    License URI: license.txt
    */

    Can someone please help?
