 * I read somewhere on WordPress that they do not allow for custom wordpress themes
   to be uploaded on the admin dashboard. Is that still true?
 * I recently had a wordpress theme created and would really like to know how to
   have it installed to my admin dashboard. Your help is greatly appreciated here

 * No. I’m not even sure where you saw that. You have always been able to upload
   any theme that you want to your own site.
