# ‘Uploaded to’ issues

 * Hi Wicked Folders Pro,
 * This is what I’m seeing in a folder of the [Media Library](https://i2.paste.pics/ab18639efafeb21bede8b2e7be8c2358.png)
   The issues are:
    1. Why when the image is part of a product, either as the product image or in the
       gallery, does the image appear as unattached? As is the case with the unattached
       images in the screenshot.
    2. After clicking ‘Attach’ the columns in the displayed table are not sortable 
       and not in order by image title.
    3. Even with less than 50 entries currently the table takes too long to display,
       suggesting that with a thousand or several thousand entries this will be a problem.
 * Of course ideally the images should show as attached as indeed they are.

 * Hi Barry (@datastream),
 * The “attach” functionality is something that’s built into WordPress and unrelated
   to the plugin. I’m afraid I don’t know the answer your first question as I’m 
   not too familiar with how the attach functionality works.
 * Regarding your second question, I’m not quite sure why it would behave that way
   and that’s not how it behaves for me (it keeps me sorted by the column I had 
   previously sorted by and the columns are still sortable). There’s nothing I’m
   aware of in our plugin that would alter that behavior but you could always try
   temporarily deactivating the plugin to see if the issue goes away. Let me know
   if it does but, if not, I would try deactivating other plugins to see if you 
   can get the behavior to change in order to narrow down which plugin might be 
   causing the issue.
 * As for the last question, try turning off dynamic folders to see if that changes
   anything. The regular folders shouldn’t impact the performance but, depending
   on the circumstances, the dynamic folders could be slowing things down. If that
   doesn’t make a difference, I’d try the same steps outlined above to narrow down
   which plugin might be causing the slowdown.

 * Hi Support,
 * Sorry, my confusion. I was associating ‘Uploaded to’ with Wicked Folders, with
   the column ‘Media Folders’ in my mind. Definitely not your issue.
 * Maybe it’s because we advise uploading to the Media Library then choosing for
   the product from there. We’ll try uploading to the product directly and see if
   that helps with the ‘Uploaded to’ column.
