  • Hi thepanickedfoodie.

    Thank you for contacting us.

Sorry about this issue. I’ve just visited your website from both Firefox and Chrome on Windows and also from my mobile phone and in all cases I was able to see your website still showing website title and tagline.

Could you doublecheck that you’ve activated the logo instead of the title/tagline combination?

Please see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/m8408t

If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask.

    Kind regards.

    Hi,

I went to my website and the slider you show in your screenshot was already enabled.

I also tried unchecking the box “Display Site Title and Tagline” and refreshing all of my webpages, and all it did was remove my tagline in the firefox browser (since I didn’t put that in the site title image), and it didn’t fix the other issues.

Thanks for coming back with that information. This is rather strange.

I’d need to look at your Dashboard but since I’m not allowed to ask for the login credentials here, could you please go to https://www.lyrathemes.com/support/ and open a new support ticket.

    Kind regards.

    Yes, I will do that.

One more question: Could it be the size of the .png file? I made it in canva, and the dimensions are 1000 pixels wide by 80 pixels high. Not sure if maybe that is impacting things?

Nope, if the image shows up on that screen like it is the case with the demo one in https://prnt.sc/m8408t then it should be showing on the website as well.

    Kind regards.
