Uploaded plugin updates. Can't access website or wordpress admin

    ftp to site or use host’s file manager to rename the /plugins folder
    this will deactivate them and let you log in
    rename folder back and activate plugins one by one – testing in between

    My web designer is having personal issues and is not returning calls, emails, etc. She might be able to ftp to site or be able to use host file manager, but am not so savvy. The site is hosted on go daddy. Can you be more specific on what to do?
