Thanks for getting in touch!
Can you please let me know which reviews plugin you are using? After checking the URL that you shared, it doesn’t look like you are using our plugin.
Interesting. I am using Customer Reviews for WooCommerce
Customer Reviews for WooCommerce plugin helps you get more customer reviews for your shop by sending automated reminders and coupons.

Well, you might have installed our plugin but it is clear that you are using a different plugin for displaying reviews. Based on the CSS classes on the URL you shared earlier, it looks like you are using ‘Kadence Shop Kit β Advanced Reviews’. Does it sound familiar? π
My apologies. I was using that for Kadence Shop Kit for something else and did not realize Reviews was enabled. I do have it disabled now as well as having the plugin off completely. If I have the visual style of your plugin set to WooCommerce I have the form with photo upload options but the photos do not display. If I switch to CusRev then I get the Images, reviews display in reverse order and the form disappears.
No worries! π I re-checked the URL you shared earlier but that page still shows Kadence elements. Could you please let me know where I can see a page with reviews displayed by our plugin?
This is interesting. I have Kadence Site Kit deactivated, I have disabled all WooCommerce Shop options in the theme extensions etc. There should not be anything left. When I have your setting set to WooCommerce under visual style I see the form with the upload image button. If I switch to CusRev visual style the form goes away and then I see customer images at the top. Is there something specific you are seeing that is preventing your plugin to work properly so I can ask the theme developer
IΒ re-checked the URL you shared earlier but that page still shows Kadence elements. Please refer to the screenshot on the link below. The voting buttons are coming from your Kadence plugin which suggests that it is still active.

Your seeing a cached page I am guessing. I have cleared cache on the server and cleared NitroPack on the site again. Here are some screenshots of what you should be seeing. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/tot6igbbiw1lvplitfhn4/h?dl=0&rlkey=0ua4pf96nhjpssskq3qlkb85v
Thanks, I re-checked the link one time and see our plugin now.
Please enable “Reviews Summary Bar” option in the plugin’s settings – it will add a summary bar with a button to add reviews.
Also, you might want to adjust CSS of your theme to keep the reviews section full-width instead of limiting it to 60%.
And, the reason why the attached images aren’t displayed with reviews is also due to custom CSS rules coming from your theme. Please refer to this screenshot: https://ibb.co/bKnq6N3
Great and thank you. I got it all working now except for the images displaying with the review. I will put a fresh set of eyes on it tomorrow, I am sure I am overlooking something so I can get it fixed.
Thanks again for working with me on this.
