# Uploaded Image Blank

 * I’m in very troubled please help me to fix this issue.
    let me explain first.
 * Suddenly All Thumbnails of my wp site stop appearing on my blog, Then I check
   the media library: [https://imgur.com/VTPsLxE](https://imgur.com/VTPsLxE)
    All
   images are blank. But when I see in my Cpanel server’s image location, there 
   is everything fine: [https://imgur.com/aspe7LU](https://imgur.com/aspe7LU) as
   you can see in this screenshot.
 * Now I have already searched for the solution in different platform, and do all
   the tasks they said like:
    1. Disabling Plugins to find out if it causes by any
   plugin. 2. Change files permission from Cpanel with 744 & 755 both.
 * but still not solved.
    can anyone here to solve this issue?

 * the path of the attachments is stored in your database (the actual content resides
   in the uploads directory), then be seen in the multimedia library.

   some configurations require 775 from the parent folder to the daughter folder
   and 664 files. But if you set 777 from the parent folder to the 777 daughter 
   and file folder and it appears in the media library, it means you have permission
   issues (owner of the file, wrong permissions or both). Setting to 777 is only
   useful for debugging, leaving this forever exposes you to security risks. install
   the healt check plugin and in troubleshooting view file system permissions … 
   it should say writable uploads folder.
