While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.
If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.
Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:
You get the idea.
We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.
When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.

Thanks for the explanation about the guideline. I will be more careful from now on.
@userfmha We have published a newer version of the plugin. Please update the plugin and see if the issue is fixed.
If not, please try deactivating other plugins and see if the issue is fixed.
Uploading files error could be a hosting issue as well. So, try uploading other files via WordPress Media library.
And please share the error logs via http://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com
Thanks
Hi @deepakkite
Thanks for the quick response.
I updated the plugin and now the pop-up field is back. But the issue regarding images that are broken still appear.
Uploading files through the regular wp media library works fine.
Please let me know what you think. BTW we use that WP – version and Astra Premium Theme.
Thanks in advance
@userfmha
Please try deactivating other plugins and see if the issue is fixed. Then we would need to find out the conflict with other plugins.
Can you check the uploading, execution time limits on the hosting side ? It’s possible the site is having time out when trying to upload file from frontend.
And please share the link to the site.
Hi @deepakkite I have checked your option but still no success.
You can use this link to go to the website. Create an account, sign-in and choose upload to e-wallet.
If it asks to verify please reload the page.
Let me know if you find anything. Thanks in advance.
@userfmha
I am unable to register on your site and it always say an account exist for your email address but I am unable to login as well.
Can you please check with your hosting if the file permissions are properly set for uploads and uploads/upf-docs folders ?
