Uploaded files not carried through

    Hello all,

    If I upload a file and then press “add to cart” the popup appears as it should. But there I do not see the uploaded file and when I click through to view cart it is gone as well. This is not just a visual glitch because once the order has been made there is no file. I hop someone can help me.
