I've just uploaded the bridge and have not activated it. I've followed up to these instructions:

    1.Download wp_phpbb_bridge
    2.Extract file in: wp-content/plugins
3.Log in to wordpress backend (admin panel)
    4.Go to plugins
5.Go in menu: "WP phpBB Bridge" - plugin is listed in plugins, no listing in menu
6.Fill up the form and update options - no form visible

I have not activated the plugin as the instructions say do no activate till after the form is filled out. However, I have no form or settings listed in the menu for this plugin.

ok, i activated it before you posted and, without thinking, activated the bridge at the same time to get the mysql errors.

On the old plugin by Jason Sanborn I did the same thing and there was a way to go into the mysql database and remove the plugin info from the database to start over, but I can not longer find what to remove.

Do you know what I need to remove the the mysql to start over?

The second I hit "activate bridge" the thought popped into my head.. "Oh no... forgot to activate users!"

Edit - The more I think about it, there wasn't anything to remove from the MySQL but there was something to change the values so that it was no longer running the bridge
