he – i was very excited about this plugin as it would have made allowing my customers upload secure files to their website – however it just doesnt work.

sure it uploads the files – but then it links it to the incorrect location (to the uploads directory, not the s2member secure file directory) – so when you click on it it comes back with a file not found error.

    hopefully this can be resolved.

  • I would really like for this plugin to work. However, it does not upload the file to the “secure” director (app_data) in the s2member folder and the link that is generated does not point to the location where it is uploaded. The link looks for the file in the root directory of the WordPress installation.

How can I get the files to upload to the correct directory and then get the link to point to the correct location? Without these changes, the plugin is useless.

This plugin did upload my file to the right directory specified in the “Basic Download Restrictions” of my s2Member config.

    Mine is:

Upload restricted files to this security-enabled directory:
    myste/wp-content/plugins/s2member-files

mrcavallo and acsepic, is it possible you have those defined differently?
