uploaded .dwg files is greyed out

    Hi,
    I downloaded the plugin, added dwg as an extra filetype. The dwg files can be uploaded but they are grey in media. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

    Hi @feliciaitstod,

    It looks like dwg/dxf file types do not have preview/thumbnail options that is why it is greyed. You might need to check online tool to view the file.

    Hi @feliciaitstod,

    Yes, I don’t think so. Drawing files are not designed to be viewed from the website. The file can be downloaded and viewed by using other apps or services.
