Uploaded document not previewing or showing

    Hello

    When I download a document file from google drive as a docx document and upload it to memphis,
    the preview or goto post doesn’t display the file.

    But if I re-save the downloaded document file from google drive and upload it to memphis, it works.

    Both have the same extension yet one that has been downloaded and uploaded straight from google drive doesn’t preview or display it. It gives a “whoops, there was a problem displaying the image” warning.

    Any idea?

    hmm, that is a very weird issue. What OS and browser are you using. I tried myself using safari and didn’t have any issues.
