    Uploaded, activated migrator but no place to insert token?
    No screen given as shown in screenshots.
    At what point am I provided with a box to insert the token?

    Never Mind — Your documentation should mention that a NEW DASHBOARD ITEM will appear after Plugin is activated, and THAT is where the token is inserted.

    Never underestimate the ignorance of a new user to your non-native product especially given the nervous state he/she is in when transferring a website to a new host.
