Upload to Dropbox Hit or Miss

    I have the file submission uploading to my dropbox but some submissions make it through and others don’t. When is fails It says it is done uploading (progress bar finishes) but the page does not refresh with the confirmation text and no files reach Dropbox or the WP uploads file. File sizes range from 1 MB to 20 MB. No error message or error pages are displayed so clients are unsure if their files have been submitted successfully or not.

    I don’t know. It is on the same level as wp-config.php. in the public_html/sunprinting folder.

    Short of accessing the hosting account, Not sure what more I can do. I am almost certain that the answer lies in the PHP settings since I dropped the settings on my personal server and got the same results you are experiencing. Maybe check with your host and tell them whats going on.

    Another alternative would be to try sugarsync for which I also created a plugin which works the same way this plugin does but doesn’t rely on the available memory of the host/server. You can check it out here

    Thanks for all of your help. The problem was in the settings in the php.ini file. I had changed the upload_max_filesize but not the post_max_size. Thanks for you help in pointing me in the right direction!

    I got the same Problem, but because i`m on a shared server i cant edit my php.ini file.
    Any Chance to use .htaccess to fix this?
    By the way – great Plugin when i get it running 😉
