# Upload size?

 * Hi!
    I have WordPress running on my OS X Lion iMac. I wanted to upload a picture
   i took, but the upload box said “Maximum upload file size: 2MB”. I have tried
   modifying my php.ini.default file and also adding a php.ini file into wp-admin
   folder. Help?! Sam

   have people heard of Google before?
 * php.ini does not go into your wp-admin directory.
 * I presume you’re using MAMP, so search your hard drive for the php.ini file.

 * Thanks, but I’m not using MAMP. I’m using the built in web server and a manually
   setup MySQL Server (I use SequelPro). I have tried editing the php.ini for the
   built in web server, with no avail.
