Upload Problems

    Error #2044: Unhandled IOErrorEvent:. text=Error #2038: File I/O Error.

    Need some help, when I use flash uploader, this happens.

    I already added

    <IfModule mod_security.c>
    <Files async-upload.php>
    SecFilterEngine Off
    SecFilterScanPOST Off
    </Files>
    </IfModule>

    to .htaccess

    any ideas? browser uploader works fine, just not flash
