 * Ok i have changed the att to writable but still get the error:
 * Unable to create directory D:\Web\chloeblue/wp-content/uploads/2006/09. Is its
   parent directory writable by the server?
 * Look at the path, this is on my server at home so why is it trying to create 
   a directory in an invalide path.
 * using / and \ in the same path.
