Upload Premium Theme

    Hello, first of my apologies for what is most likely an elementary issue, but having continued issues with this. I’m trying to upload a premium theme (Elegant Theme) and installation instructions say to upload the themes folder into wp-contents-themes directory. The problem is that when I try this the only option is to upload files, system will not allow the upload of a folder. In the folder, there are a number of files and folders and the “after this step” instruction – go to my wp-admin dashboard, etc. and activate the theme. Similar problems for some plugins also.     I know very little about this, but are you trying to do that in a browser? I use FileZilla and FTP, and I can upload entire folders even having nested folders.

    You can contact your theme’s vendors for support.
    These forums don’t support commercial themes.
