I think I just found it 🙂 . For everybody else that is new like I am here is what I did :
cpanel
> File Manager
> www Folder (click on the folder icon )
> wp-content (again, click on the folder icon )
> plugins ( click the folder again )
> upload file ( you have to download the file previously on your desktop )
It now it should show up ( the plugin that you uploaded) in your Wordpess admin / plugins > now you can activate it
I know most of the people knew how to do this but there is got to be people like myselft out there who has not much clue , this can hopefully help.

your plugins go there, so once you have ftp’d into your site, locate the directory blog, from there go to wp-content, from there go to plugins.
you already have plugins in there.

It is actually a new site that I am trying to set up , since the site you mentioned above is with Yahoo , and they have some of the plugins already installed , but I am just tired of them ( expensive + not good experience with them )
