Upload photos showing as links

I noticed since Friday I was having issues with my upload directory uploading files to my WordPress site. All photos (even directly uploaded or library) just show up as a link, but no photos show up.

I chatted online with my host and they suggested it was an WordPress issue possibly with a theme or plugin. I went in and de-actived all my plugins and changed to a basic theme to see if that helped and it did not either.

I am at a lost because I can not upload any new photos to the website or take any previously uploaded photos. I DID however, move my site from one hosting plan to another (within the same company) and had issues with uploading photos which was resolved and getting back all previous posts.
