Upload photos error

I have tried to upload an image thorugh the plugin called – User Submitted Posts. It is an plug in for viewer to upload content and images to the posts. I’ve got the out of memory error message (line 1006, media.php) when upload a higher res image. However, I checked the media in admin panel. I actually uploaded the image to the server.

Will anyone know how to get rid of the out of memory page?
